An online game, a community charity project that will raise money for Cancer Research UK, a compelling story, full of silliness and lovable characters, a way of educating people about the work of Cancer Research UK, and above all a chance for players to have fun. The central premise of the game was that the players were being trained as agents for a secret organisation, they have to carry out missions in order to complete their training and to raise money for the charity. The missions were such that they can be played by individuals or teams of any age. They included a diverse range of tasks, challenges, puzzles and unique experiences; so that it was guaranteed that there would be something for everyone. The story, characters, fundraising, live events and information about the charity's work all linked with these missions and were available to players to explore as deeply or lightly as they like. We hope to raise significant amounts of money for Cancer Research UK, whilst also educating players about their work and turning a significant number of them into committed future fundraisers. The game has finished now but you still complete most of the missions and read the story via the Operation: Sleeper Cell website.
